FAQ’s

WHAT IS A CONCESSIONS TICKET?

A concessions ticket can be purchased by students, senior citizens aged over 65 and over, those with disabilities and those on unemployment benefit. Please bring some form of proof with you to the festival. Thank you.

WHAT AGE ARE CHILD TICKETS?

A child ticket is for children aged between 3 – 16. Children aged 2 and under enter for free and do not need a ticket. Please note that all children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult to the festival.

WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINK AVAILABLE?

There will be a small range of food and drink stalls along the festival route to keep you fed and watered.

Some of the tour venues will have their own onsite cafes which will be open during festival opening hours too.

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?

We endeavour to make the festival route accessible to wheelchair users and to pushchairs at all tour venues. Assistance dogs will be welcomed, but no other dogs are permitted on site.

WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND IF THE EVENT IS CANCELED?

Jurassic Kingdom will only be closed if there are any major weather issues.

Jurassic Kingdom cannot offer any ticket exchanges or refunds unless the event is canceled. Inevitably bad weather can affect any outdoor event. If the venue considers it unsafe to proceed, and we have to cancel the event, visitors will be offered an alternative date/time.

No refunds or exchanges will be offered simply for bad weather as the festival will still be open. Any decision to cancel the event will be taken the night before.

ARE FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

Of course, please share your experience on social media!
